They leverage data to support the business with transparent insight, working on automation to create self-service and real-time reporting structures. They also utilise Smart AI logic for digital marketing channels in order to economise resources.

We offer roles such as Digital Media Executive, Paid Search Executive, Digital Analyst, CRM Specialist, Implementation Analyst, Digital Display Executive and more.

Personal shoppers work with our valued EIPs directly for anything they might need, from answering a simple fitting enquiry to sourcing exclusive pieces around the world. The teams also provide excellent career paths for passionate individuals, from joining as Assistant Personal Shopper to becoming the lead of the Personal Shopping team in different regions.

The Product Editorial team is the voice of the shop floor, speaking to our NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER customers directly from every product page. We publish trend insights and authoritative styling advice, as well as fit and feel information to deliver a world class luxury shopping experience.
