The annual update details progress made towards Infinity, its sustainability strategy, throughout calendar year 2022. Infinity’s 12 commitments span the strategy’s four focus areas: Circular Business, Circular Culture, Planet Positive, and People Positive.

Notable milestones include all four of YOOX NET-A-PORTER’s online stores providing a resale or pre-owned proposition, its private labels’ increased alignment with its Infinity Product Guide criteria, and the number of creatives nurtured through its industry talent programmes. In 2023, the business will continue to concentrate its efforts on areas where stronger momentum is needed in order to meet its targets. These include getting back on track to meet 20% of content containing a circularity or sustainability message, launching a bespoke platform to support employees in using their two annual volunteering days, and taking its final steps to become a zero-waste business.
